The Wapello County Community Services office has an opening for a Clerk 3. Individuals applying for this position must have knowledge in Excel, Word, and with 10 key calculators. Experience in payroll, accounting, data analysis and data entry. The ability to multitask and excel at both verbal and written communication is a must along with professionalism, politeness and attentive to both the general public and co-workers. Must have a least a High School Diploma and or a G.E.D. an AA is preferred along with 3 years’ experience.

To qualify to be interviewed for the position individuals must submit a letter of application, resume, and successfully complete a typing test at 45 words per minute, ten key test evaluating speed/accuracy and an Excel spreadsheet competency test at IowaWORKS Southern Iowa Office at 15260 Truman St., Ottumwa, IA 52501 by August 23rd, 4:30 pm.
